The joy of making something easy
Don’t sleep on the local bodegas that tend to have some surprisingly good options on their shelves.
For sure. H Mart is just more consistent
I got hooked on these when my wife's Korean student gave them to her as a gift. she's vegetarian, so i reaped the spoils: https://www.amazon.com/Tonkotsu-Ramen-Bowls-Bundle-Spicy/dp/B0CS4M4T5L/
Oh man. I had these in my hotel room in Japan at 1am – tired from a long day of walking.
Paired with a tall boy of Kirin and some other snacks. Heaven.
trick is go to a japanese mart and buy the fresh ramen kits, there are REALLY good ones now compared to 5+ years ago. no japanese family is actually cooking up ramen broth at the crib.
I’ve heard that. I will at some point. I just love the packaged stuff
Ramen yep
